Tom is a former NFL Sports Scientist most notable for his Superbowl runs with the 49ers. He is the Co-founder and CEO of the Player’s Company an athlete-built and owned organization dedicated to empowering its community of professional athletes, high net worth individuals, and founders. TPC’s goal is to help the members of it’s organization improve their financial identity and build generational wealth through education, events and private investment opportunities.
Tom is also the founder and managing member of Tomco Holdings, a private advisory firm specializing in sports ownership and commercial real estate development around media assets.
In 2025 Tom Co-Founded and serves as a managing member in Harbor Light Pictures, a NY based film production company focused on featured length production and releases.
Tom currently holds leadership, board, and advisory roles across several organizations and companies that sit agnostically across the spectrum from private equity firms to emerging technology companies.
Jeff Wallner
President | Co-Founder
Jeff attributes his rise in the film and entertainment industry to his successful years on Wall Street. Jeff sees managing investments going hand in hand with movie-making. As a founder of the Wallner Media Group in 2018, and despite being relatively new to the industry, he has Executive Produced films featuring A-list actors like Robert DeNiro, Tommy Lee Jones, and Morgan Freeman. Some notable projects include “The Comeback Trail,” “The Elevator,” and “Songs of Solomon,” submitted for consideration at the 93rd Academy Awards. Before entering the entertainment world, Jeff had a successful 20-year wealth and portfolio management career on Wall Street. He also developed sports and entertainment divisions at financial management firms, managing portfolios for over 200 professional athletes and entertainers. Jeff’s ability extends to investment banking, private equity, wealth management, and bond portfolio management. Before his finance career, he worked in aviation engineering at Grumman Aerospace, contributing to constructing fighter jets for the US Navy.

Jim also has 25+ years of experience in renewable technology development as Co-Founder of Luminia, a developer of commercial solar and storage projects nationally and as Founder and Chairman of Tellus Technology, Inc., and Co-Inventor/patent holder of the Tellus Process.
